Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager – Japanese Market

Requirements:

• A post-secondary education, preferably holding a degree in sales, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing, with a preference for those with a background in the education sector.
• Proficiency in Japanese is a requisite.
• Canadian Permanent Residency is favored.

• Proven aptitude for fostering and maintaining productive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• The nimbleness to adapt to shifting business needs and objectives.

• Demonstrated capability in prioritizing and managing a diverse array of tasks.
• Self-driven, with the ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency with MS Office and database management systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Champion and heighten the visibility of the College’s academic programs within the Japanese market.
• Engage with agents or students, cultivating solid relationships.
• Lead a marketing and sales team.
• Address inquiry calls, manage walk-ins, and schedule appointments.
• Respond promptly to prospective students’ inquiries through telephone or social media platforms.
• Evaluate business prospects and devise strategies to allure students to the market.
• Cultivate business alliances including, but not limited to, agencies, institutions, and schools.
• Draft contracts, reports, and proposals.
• Execute any other duties as directed by the management.
