    With help from your SSLC Pathway Advisor:

    1. Complete the application form.
      • Pathway Application Form for Undergraduates.
      • Lakehead Website for Graduates.
    2. Pay the application fee and deposit where necessary.
    3. Mail or e-mail the required documents.
    4. Wait for the conditional letter of acceptance (undergraduate).
    5. Wait for the admissions decision (graduate).
    6. Complete the required SSLC Program.
    7. Receive an electronic confirmation of acceptance.

    • A completed application form.

      • $140 for Undergraduate.
      • $100 for Graduate.
    • Official transcripts and certificates from Secondary / Post-Secondary Institutions.
    • A SSLC Letter of Acceptance.
    • CV or Resume, only required for some graduate programs.
    • Statement of Purpose, only required for some graduate programs.
    • 3 recommendation letters, only required for graduate programs.
    • Audition & Theory Test, only required for music applicants.
    • Art Portfolio, only required for visual arts applicants.
